Missing or Damaged Deliveries
Damaged items: Kitchenware is fragile by nature—if your order arrives chipped, dented, or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (no return required for damaged fragile items).
Missing items: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact your local carrier first. If they cannot locate it, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date for further assistance.
Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong kitchenware (e.g., a 8-inch pan instead of a 10-inch one), contact us within 7 days of delivery—we will ship the correct item for free and arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (we cover return shipping costs).
