Can I modify or cancel my order?Orders can be modified or cancelled only within 1 hour of placement (before processing begins). How do I check my order status?Log into your RedWealth GR account to view real-time order status. You will also receive email updates for processing, dispatch, and delivery. For shipped orders, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

How long will my kitchenware take to arrive?Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then delivered in 10–20 business days from dispatch. Fragile items may have a 1-day processing delay for extra packaging.

Why is my order delayed?Delays are most commonly due to customs clearance (especially for electrical kitchen appliances), carrier disruptions, or remote delivery locations. Check your tracking link for updates, or contact us if the delay exceeds 20 business days from dispatch.

Do I have to pay customs duties for my order?Yes—customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Check your local customs agency’s rules for kitchenware before ordering.

- Season before first use: Wash with warm water, dry thoroughly, coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil, and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Do your wooden cutting boards need special care?Yes—hand wash only, dry immediately, and oil with food-grade mineral oil every 1–2 months to prevent cracking and warping. Do not soak in water or put in the dishwasher.

What is your return policy?You may request a return for unused, resalable kitchenware within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, incorrect, or defective items are eligible for free replacements or full refunds (no return required for fragile damaged items).

How do I initiate a return?Contact us at support@redwealthgr.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a return authorization number and instructions (we cover return shipping costs for incorrect/defective items; customers cover costs for change-of-mind returns).
